Changed visibility requirements for campfire cloning recipes. Now they are visible after starting the Old World Blues DLC, regardless of if you have the required items. This is for consistency with changes in TTW.
Added dummy campfire cloning recipes with the required plant as an ingredient. These are visible if you don’t have the required plant. The usable recipes will become visible if you have the plant, and will hide the dummy version. This shouldn’t change gameplay from the old version, this just gives better info to the player.
Added visibility requirements for the Toaster’s Super Heat Cosmic Knife recipe. This is for consistency with changes in TTW.

Added visibility requirements for recipes related to Datura Root. This is for consistency with changes in TTW.
